Obviously, larger changes will yield greater results, but you can still see results making conscious changes every day. A free session is offered with a referral that signs up for 10 or 20 individual personal training sessions. Workout with a friend or loved one to combine the intimacy of 1v1 personal training with the fellowship of group training with small group personal training. You both will receive personal attention and instruction along with free initial consultation. Group Personal Training
Team up with a group of like minded individuals to reach your fitness goals. You have the ability to form your own group or be placed in an existing group. If you prefer to workout in groups and be social, this is the option for you. Groups training is for groups of 3 or more. Once purchased, Rich Fitness and Gains will be in contact to schedule workout program.
